E-Bike & Cooking Class in Sabina

This e-bike tour combines nature, gastronomic tradition, and local culture in the heart of Sabina. The experience begins in the medieval village of Casperia, nestled among the limestone hills of the Monti Sabini and surrounded by centuries-old olive groves and holm oak woods.

Cycling along the country roads of the Sabina area, you will reach an organic farm immersed in nature, where participants will take part in a cooking class dedicated to stringozzi aspresi, the typical local pasta made with water and flour according to a tradition handed down through generations.

During the lesson, you will learn how to work the dough and make fresh pasta following the traditional methods of Sabina cuisine. At the end of the cooking class, the experience continues with a tasting of the pasta prepared by the participants, served with a typical Sabina sauce.

At sunset, the tour resumes by e-bike, returning to Casperia through hilly landscapes and scenic roads.
